Guests are personally greeted by our Koh Samui Holiday Rentals-CreatMoreValue's Representative and Property Manager, upon arrival whom will also show around the complex, the specific rented out unit, and answer any inquiries.

Kindly note that Electricity and Water are charged within the complex by usage. Villa posted price is not inclusive of Electricity and Water, instead meter reading is taken upon arrival and departure of guests.

Cancellation Policy: 50% refund up until 30 days prior to arrival, except fees. If the guest cancels less than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
