The Bungalow is located in Nathon Hill (Access Ang Thong 11 - 10 - 9) and has the best view on the Coconut Tree Jungle and Nathon Coast Line. Guests will enjoy, from Sunrise to Sunset, a 180° LookOut over the Gulf of Thailand.

Surrounded by the jungle, from the Bungalow to the 12 Meters Shared Pool right next to it, guests will walk through Banana Trees, Coconut Trees and green space.

The Pefect Gateway to chill and relax among Local People and Local Culture, close to Lipa Noi and its wonderful beaches. Nathon is located 10 minutes drive and the main road (way to Chaweng, Lamai, Bophut and all Main Spots of Koh Samui) is just down the road.

Guests will have access to the Bungalow with One BedRoom, One BathRoom, an Equipped Kitche, a Living Room with TV and Sofa Bed... AirCon and Fan to be "cool" at any time.

The Room has its own private terrace with diner table and Lounges just over the LookOut.

Guests will have access to the Shared Pool of the Complex.

One Scooter is available on demand and extra cost to travel around the Island. We provide Maps, and all our "Good To Know" tips to guide the guests through a special moment with us and here on Koh Samui. Laundry and Cleaning are available on demand as well.

We can help guests with Airport/Pier pick up and drop off. Massage and Spa therapy, Tours, Thai Cooking Class, Yoga, Meditation lessons, ... and make sure they find the best prices on Samui.

Guests are personally greeted by Koh Samui Holiday Property Manager upon arrival whom he also shows around the complex, the specific rented out unit, and answer any inquiries.

Kindly note that Electricity is charged within the complex by usage. Villa posted price is not inclusive of Electricity, instead meter reading is taken upon arrival and departure of guests.

Cancellation Policy: 50% refund up until 1 week prior to arrival, except fees. If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
