Island View Villa is a 100% PRIVATE, 3 story luxury villa that caters to couples and families and is located in the highly exclusive area of Viewpoint Hills Chaweng Noi.
With gated, private road access, Island View Villa is secure, quiet, and very private. Facing east towards the Gulf, the location stays cool with fresh sea breezes and boasts the most stunning, panoramic ocean and mountain views. It's the perfect place for couples and families to relax and enjoy your holiday. .
Airport transfers to the villa are complimentary. When you arrive, our private car will be waiting for you at the airport and bring you directly to the villa. Upon arrival you will be greeted by the owner or an Island View Villa representative.
Island View Villa has 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The top floor master suite, with a stunning wood vaulted ceiling and sliding doors leading out onto it very own, large and FULLY private sundeck and sun loungers. Two poolside bedrooms that open up to a refreshing horizon infinity pool, sundeck and Sala, that can not be seen into On the second floor is the soft open-plan lounge/living room, dining room and kitchen area, an 8ft POOL TABLE and spacious sundeck terrace and balcony, which surrounds the property with extensive and un-obstructed sea views. The European Style kitchen is fully equipped.
A LARGE Digital safe for laptops and valuables, security cameras and emergency lights are fitted for your comfort and peace of mind. A high perimeter wall surrounds the entire grounds for your privacy and relaxation.
Beaches, shopping centers and great restaurants are only minutes away. Fisherman's Village, Chaweng Beach, Tesco's, Big C, Lamai Beach are all within a 15 minute drive from the villa. It is the perfect location.

The Villa has a complimentary, mobile phone so you can call me at anytime.
I believe in complete privacy. The "Do Not Disturb" sign is always on the door.

Het uitzicht was waanzinnig mooi en de woning is van alle gemakken voorzien. Maar vooral de goeie service van de gastheer en de gastvrijheid is zeker een pluspunt geweest. We wilden graag een privé locatie en dat was het zeker!

It's a very nice house which have a great sea view and it's convenience to drive to each famous night market and plaza, just the wifi wasn't good connect, but the house manager and host are nice and quick to reply and solve if have problem.

Great Place to Stay in if you are looking for quite surroundings with breathtaking views. Only issue is the steep hill you have to climb. Only SUVs can drive up. Lovely if you are renting a SUV. Walking up the steep hill is also a challenge. Close to Chaweng Bike rental just Down the Hill. Overall a wonderful Villa

Thank you for sharing your beautiful private villa with us. Hands down the best place I've ever stayed on vacation. The pictures don't even do it justice. Every sunrise & sunset was like a dream. Loi was also such an attentive host & addressed all our problems. The mobile phone was also a great feature. Thank you again and I would definitely book there again.

Een geweldige villa. Prachtig uitzicht! Van alle gemakken voorzien. Wel op een hele stijle heuvel. Chaweng noi beach nog geen 10 min rijden met de taxi. Erg handig dat er een mobiel ligt waar je de taxi en zelfs eten mee kan bestellen. Daniel is een super aardige man die gelijk dingen onderneemt als er iets aan de hand is. Zeker een aanrader!

The house is very nice and clean. View is stunning. Daniel and Mr. Nam was very helpful. We stay 4 days I feel like heaven. Definitely will go back to stay again soon :)

daniel is the best landlord I've ever met! His house is so wonderful and my friends love it very much. one of the door was broken in the second day, and daniel came to help us fixing it ,although the rain was so heavy. we were soappreciate it. it's a great experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The villa is clean and has an incredible view, just as the pictures show. If we ever had any problems Daniel was able to help straight away so we felt very taken care of. It was an amazing holiday!
