This piece of heaven holds 1 fully air-conditioned room, 1 bathroom, and a equipped Kitchen. Guests have access to the shared swimming pool of the Residence, as well as the snack bar and restaurant and laundry facilities.

Guests are personally greeted by myself Koh Samui Holiday Rentals' Representative and Property Manager, upon arrival whom I also show around the complex, the specific rented out unit, and answer any inquiries

Kindly note that Electricity is charged within the complex by usage. Villa posted price is not inclusive of Electricity, instead meter reading is taken upon arrival and departure of guests. Water is complimentary.

Cancellation Policy: 50% refund up until 1 week prior to arrival, except fees. If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
