Guest access
This piece of heaven has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, an extra Toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, a private pool, an outdoor lounge, an outdoor kitchen and a solarium on the RoofTop.
Interaction with guests
Guests are personally greeted by myself Koh Samui Holiday Rentals' Representative and Property Manager, upon arrival whom I also show around the complex, the specific rented out unit, and answer any inquiries.
Other things to note
Kindly note that Electricity is charged within the complex by usage. Villa posted price is not inclusive of Electricity, instead meter reading is taken upon arrival and departure of guests.
Cancellation Policy: 50% refund up until 30 days prior to arrival, except fees. If the guest cancels less than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.

房东是个很高的不知国籍帅哥(我没问),房子很好,二楼有个小泳池,客厅厨房都在二楼,基本上只有睡觉才会去一楼了。房子位于离central festival 10分钟taxi 车程以外的半山上,进去时绕得有点傻眼,住2天习惯了也就没啥了,入住时房东会给你一个电话,可以短信沟通约车(不贵,不宰客)。房子出来的主干道有很多吃的,有个全家,不远处有tesco 可以逛逛。建议预约浮潜或越野ATV时先和对方讲你的位置以确认可以接送,不然你会有点儿麻烦。check out 时,记得电表最后的红色数字是小数点的后位,小心别用了几百度电哦……
