The space
Enjoy the calm azure waters, lush green landscape and swaying coconut palms in paradise island with Koh Samui Home Rentals' highest standards of quality and care.
This 2BR typical thaï Villa is the kind of place you dream of if you are planning for a nice tropical holiday.
This house if on one floor accommodated. Each room has a queen size bed and are both fully air-conditioned. There is a SAFE in one of the bed rooms.
The living room has been made as a Morrocan Lounge to enjoy an idealistic rest or a chatting time all together.
With dinning space Indoor and Outdoor, guests can share good moments in a private pool area or in a private BBQ area at the back of the house.
Guest access
This Typical Thaï Vill has 2 BedRooms, 1 BathRoom, 1 Private Garden, 1 Private BBQ Area and 1 Private Pool.
Interaction with guests
Guests are personally greeted by myself Koh Samui Holiday Rentals' Representative and Property Manager, upon arrival whom I also show around the complex, the specific rented out unit, and answer any inquiries.
Other things to note
Kindly note that Electricity is charged within the complex by usage. Villa posted price is not inclusive of Electricity, instead meter reading is taken upon arrival and departure of guests.
Cancellation Policy: 50% refund up until 30 days prior to arrival, except fees. If the guest cancels less than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.

Très agréable séjour à Lamaï. La maison est parfaite pour profiter comme il se doit de tous les avantages et attraits du lieu : idéalement placée, au calme mais proche de tout; très bien équipée et très confortable. Merci à Loicq mais aussi à Eric et sa femme pour leur disponibilité, leur gentillesse et leur hospitalité. Nul doute que nous nous reverrons !

Je conseil a tout le monde ce logement fabuleux, un havre de paie dans lamai. il y a tout ce qu'il faut la maison est entièrement équipé.
Vous pourrez profiter de la piscine privée quand bon vous semble et eric et loicq sont a votre disposition et plein de bons conseil pour que votre séjour ce déroule a la perfection. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!!

Vi fick smidig hjälp med transferbokning som fungerade bra. Vi bodde i huset 17 nätter och huset erbjuder okey gör-det-själv hushållning. Solig uteplats med möjlighet till skugga. Vi trivdes bra i huset vars läge är lugnt och ostört men ändå bara en kort promenad till stranden och alla restauranger.
Kan rekommendera detta hus och vi bokar det gärna igen nästa resa!
