The space
Enjoy the calm azure waters, lush green landscape and swaying coconut palms in paradise island with Koh Samui Home Rentals' highest standards of quality and care.
This piece of heaven holds 2 fully air-conditioned bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a private outdoor balcony with Outside Dinner and Jungle/Sea View.
Room Details: master bedroom with laundry baskets, smaller guest bedroom.
Clean towels and bed linens are also provided.
Living Area: 40'inch Samsung HD flat screen with family package satellite English channels, and broadband internet 3BB wifi.
Kitchen Area: Tech gas stove top, Sharp fridge and freeze, Samsung microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and electric tea kettle. Flat wear, pots, pans, classic drinking glasses and stem wine glasses.
In the Residence,
Guests have access to a Bar open all day where a friendly Staff serve Cold Drinks, Draught Bier, Shakes, Smoothies and Hot Drinks.
The Shared Pool Area is a real Oasis Space with fresh grass, lounges, sun beds, ...
Guest access
Guests have acces to 2 Bed Rooms, 1 Bath Room, The Living Room with an Open Space Kitchen, A Private Balcony with Sea View, A Large Shared Pool and A Bar.
Interaction with guests
Guests are personally greeted by myself Koh Samui Holiday Rentals' Representative and Property Manager, upon arrival whom I also show around the complex, the specific rented out unit, and answer any inquiries
Other things to note
Kindly note that Electricity is charged within the complex by usage. Villa posted price is not inclusive of Electricity, instead meter reading is taken upon arrival and departure of guests. Water is complimentary.
Cancellation Policy: 50% refund up until 1 week prior to arrival, except fees. If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.

I pay some bill, the landlord will arrange for you from the bus station home about 600 baht or so. The landlord will help you rent a motorcycle, one day a car 200. The room is in the mountains but can watch the sunrise. Still very good

On face value, the place is quite nice and modern, with a pretty good location.

Really nice guys - very helpful, showed us around, got us situated, helped us rent mopeds. On face value, the place is quite nice and modern, with a pretty good location. Few issues though - there was loud construction going on around the compound, the electricity was spotty, and despite our best efforts bugs always seemed to get into the house. All in all, though, would still recommend.

During our stay we had Pierre take care of us and honestly he was the best I've ever had during my stays with Airbnb. He showed us everything with the house and told us about the area, He also filled our fridge with some refreshments and had some goodies for us. He was always available to contact and answered very quickly. We also had a chance to meet the Villa owner who was also very nice and asked us how we can make the villa a better experience! I'm truly grateful for this amazing experience.

Our 3 nights stays at Luicq's villa was pretty enjoyable and great. all necessities have been provided except hairdryer as promised by the host in his amenities list. The only disappointing moment was when electricity ran low on the very last night of our stay. Lights were all dimmed and air conditioners were not functioning due to limited electric supply to the whole residential villa of that area. Therefore, it's definitely not the problem of Loicq's villa itself but the whole area is affected. But anyway, we would definitely come and have a stay again in coming future. :)

My brother and I stayed 6 nights at Luicq's villa. Our stay was great. Loicq was very friendly, and helped us with our every request. When we arrived he shoved us a map of the isle and gave us useful information. The flat was clean and the towels, shampoo and soaps made it feel like a hotel. I would highly recommend staying at one of Loicq apartments.

Loiq was very friendly and helpful. The apartment as such was great with very modern interior and very clean. Only disadvantage: the complex was still under construction; but we would definitely stay there again!
