Guest access
This Modern Villa has 3 Bed Rooms, 3 Bath Rooms, a Fully Equipped Kitchen, a Large Terrace, a Private Pool and a Sala in a nice Garden.
Interaction with guests
Guests are personally greeted by a Koh Samui Holiday Rentals' Representative and Property Manager, upon arrival whom also shows around the complex, the specific rented out unit, and answers any inquiries.
Other things to note
Kindly note that Electricity is charged within the complex by usage. Villa posted price is not inclusive of Electricity, instead meter reading is taken upon arrival and departure of Guests.

We loved staying at Sophie's place as a family. The view is so relaxing and it's quiet and we were really able to rest and have fun together. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor area, with the pool, sala and sun beds, our kids had a lot of fun in the water. The ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and sitting area are great, they keep the rooms cooler and we didn't need the AC on all the time at night. It was great to have a basic kitchen and laundry facilities - that makes being away as a family so much easier. Note: there is no AC in the main living area - but we asked for an extra fan for the kitchen and that really worked to keep everyone cooler. Loic greeted us and looked after us well - there were a few things to sort out on the first day and he responded very quickly to our messages and helped us with everything. We loved the area that we were in on Koh Samui - the house is 5 minute drive from restaurants and shops and the main road round the island, but is in a quieter, relaxing area. It is an easy 5-10 minutes to Lamai and to Silver Beach (which we loved). We'd recommend either renting or bringing your own moped or car.

Beautiful house and swimming pool, The landlord is very friendly, The only question is too out of the way, The local taxi driver couldn't find it, must have to rent a car, Recommended motorcycle or suv.

We had a great time in Sophie's house. The area is calm and just 3 minutes away from Lamai by motorbike. It was a great feeling to come back home from the beach in the evening and be almost in the middle of nowhere, but still with a few neighbours in the back of the house and a great view on hills coverered by palms towards the front. The communication with Sophie and her colleagues was fluid and always polite and helpful. I definitely recommend this house to anybody who likes being near to, but not in the middle of the hurly-burly.

Utrolig greit sted å være med familien. Det var her separate soverom , hvert med sitt eget når. Kjøkkenet var bra utstyrt og bassenget rent. Man ble ha moped eller vil her. Men det er jo greit å ha uansett. Pent, rent og praktisk.

We enjoyed our stay in this villa. It's very new and very nice, the villa is bigger than looks on the photo's! There is also own big parking place with a locked gate enough room for 2 cars and a few motorbikes. The view is very nice and quite!
