The space
Enjoy the calm azure waters, lush green landscape and swaying coconut palms in paradise island with Koh Samui Home Rentals' highest standards of quality and care.
This piece of heaven holds 2 fully air-conditioned bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 1 Separate Toilet, and a private outdoor balcony with Outside Dinner and Jungle/Sea View.
Room Details: master bedroom with laundry baskets, smaller guest bedroom.
Clean towels and bed linens are also provided.
Living Area: 40'inch Samsung HD flat screen with Smart TV Options, and broadband internet 3BB wifi.
Kitchen Area: Tech gas stove top, Sharp fridge and freeze, Samsung microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and electric tea kettle. Flat wear, pots, pans, classic drinking glasses and stem wine glasses.
In the Residence,
Guests have access to a Bar open all day where a friendly Staff serve Cold Drinks, Draught Bier, Shakes, Smoothies and Hot Drinks.
The Shared Pool Area is a real Oasis Space with fresh grass, lounges, sun beds, ...
Guest access
Guests have acces to 2 Bed Rooms, 1 Bath Room, 1 Separate Toilet, The Living Room with an Open Space Kitchen, A Private Balcony with Sea View, A Large Shared Pool and A Bar.
Interaction with guests
Guests are personally greeted by myself Koh Samui Holiday Rentals' Representative and Property Manager, upon arrival whom I also show around the complex, the specific rented out unit, and answer any inquiries
Other things to note
Kindly note that Electricity is charged within the complex by usage. Villa posted price is not inclusive of Electricity, instead meter reading is taken upon arrival and departure of guests. Water is complimentary.
Cancellation Policy: 50% refund up until 1 week prior to arrival, except fees. If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre expérience! Si nous devions relever un seul bémol: il faisait étonnamment chaud dans l'appartement, bien plus qu'à l'extérieur.. mystère non résolu !

Welcoming host, very helpful and can tolerate if anything. Just a little deep for location. 10 mins riding a bike from main road and so dark. But still, good service provided!

Logement bien situé en dehors du tumulte de la ville. la piscine est agréable, l'accueil bien fait et les personnes à le réception sont bien sympas. Nous avions un taxis à notre arrivée et au départ. Location de scooter sur place en lien avec les propriétaires du logement... Super séjour à Samui.

类似于一套二的公寓 我们四个人出行 比住酒店更划算 房间干净整洁 loicq 很好 我们两大箱子 都是他一口气提进房间的 公寓有冰箱 空调 酒杯 杯子 锅 碗所有厨房用品 唯一没有筷子 幸好我们自己携带了的 我们在家里做了几顿饭 非常好 床上只有很薄的小毯子 可能是东方人我比较喜欢盖被子睡觉 位置相对偏了点 也相对安静 晚上很黑 我们出行都是提前预约出租车 费用比较贵 如果没有老人和小孩 倒是可以租摩托车 性价比非常高的住处!我很喜欢!下次还会选择!loicq 本人很帅气!我也很喜欢!

Nous avons été super bien accueilli par Loicq, dans un appartement super clean et spacieux, correspondant à la description, dans une résidence calme et très sympa. De plus Loicq à été très réactif et d'excellents conseils pour tout ce que nous lui avons demandé, ce qui nous a permi de ne pas perdre de temps à chercher tout et le reste, bref nous avons passé un excellent séjour, merci pour tout !
