This piece of heaven has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and a private pool.
Interaction with guests
Guests are personally greeted by myself Koh Samui Holiday Rentals' Representative and Property Manager, upon arrival whom I also show around the complex, the specific rented out unit, and answer any inquiries.
Other things to note
Kindly note that Electricity is charged within the complex by usage. Villa posted price is not inclusive of Electricity, instead meter reading is taken upon arrival and departure of guests.
Cancellation Policy: 50% refund up until 30 days prior to arrival, except fees. If the guest cancels less than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.

I booked the villa for my daughter and friends for their graduation trip since they couldn't afford a full payment in one go. Everything was fine, host seemed quite helpful. They had a good time. Understand electricity is not inclusive, but the cost was a bit out of expectation. They were charged 4000 baht local currency for 9 days which is equivalent to a whole month's electricity consumption in Hong Kong. There is only one (URL HIDDEN) in the villa, no washing machine. What was it to cost so much electricity consumption? Wondering what document does it base on and proof to justify the electricity charge?

We really had a great time there on ko samui. Our house was amazing and we really enjoy it. The place was quite but near enough to the Hotspots.
