Guest access
This piece of heaven has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a private pool.
Interaction with guests
Guests are personally greeted by myself Koh Samui Holiday Rentals' Representative and Property Manager, upon arrival whom I also show around the complex, the specific rented out unit, and answer any inquiries.
Other things to note
Kindly note that Electricity is charged within the complex by usage. Villa posted price is not inclusive of Electricity, instead meter reading is taken upon arrival and departure of guests.
Cancellation Policy: 50% refund up until 30 days prior to arrival, except fees. If the guest cancels less than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.

房东很热情~也很帅~可以让房东安排接机~价格也很合理~房子离苏梅各个景点都不远~租个摩托或者车去哪都很方便~最主要的安静~游玩一天回来可以安心的睡个好觉~总得来说是一次非常美妙的体验~

Loicq is the best host I've experienced in Airbnb. From helping us book a taxi drop-off and pick-up to getting us a rental motorcycle, he was always available to help with anything, easily and quickly. The villa in itself is gorgeous. Incredibly secluded and private, with its own private swimming pool, we had an amazing relaxing time. We specially loved the pool view from bed and the patio. And we were happy to have a couple of visits from the local cats who were incredibly sweet. Definitely recommended to anyone who wants a relaxed and easy time in koh samui, away from all the noise and confusion, while still being 10 minutes from the beach by motorcycle.

Nous avons passé un très agréable moment à koh samui. Pierre nous accueillit et a toujours été disponible pour nous rendre service ou nous conseiller. Nous recommandons fortement cette location. La maison est moderne et les équipements récents pour profiter d'un séjour reposant et calme. La location d'un scooter ou d'une voiture est nécessaire pour se déplacer sur l'île. Il est possible de louer directement sur place, ce qui est un avantage. Un taxi nous attendait à notre arrivée et pour notre départ. La piscine est parfaite pour se détendre après une journée de visite. Les chambres sont top. Il y a tout ce que l'on souhaite pour passer un séjour farniente au soleil. Allez y les yeux fermés !

Eine modern eingerichtete Wohnung auf den Hügeln von Chaweng. Mit dem Roller ist alles super zu erreichen. Der Besitzer war sehr gastfreundlich und hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Kann man definitiv weiterempfehlen:)

Встречал нас не Loicq, но обаятельный компаньон Пьер(не надо путать с melancholy, не спортивным другим управляющим Пьером) Сначала мы немного расстроились, что вилла другая, чем на фотографиях, вместо Dao виллы нас разместили на Darika. В качестве извинений Loicq нам предоставил скидку. Вилла меньше размером и более старая обстановка, но расположение лучше, дальше от входа в комплекс. Бассейн новый, большой и глубокий. Большая терраса с шикарным видом на джунгли. Комаров очень мало. Пьер очень быстро решал все небольшие проблемы. Огромное ему спасибо! Транспортом быстро можно добраться до всех пляжей, магазинов и достопримечательностей. Большой минус всего комплекса Chaweng Modern Villas отсутствие правил проживания и соблюдения тишины по ночам. Виллы расположены очень близко и достаточно одной шумной компании, чтобы всё очарование тишины, природы и уединенности было разрушено. Мы жили 27 дней и несколько ночей из за музыки, криков и песен мы практически не спали. Очень жаль , что это место не подходит для тихого семейного отдыха. Pierr и Loicq молодые люди были приятные в общении , всегда идут на встречу гостям. В общем мы провели хорошо время и уже скучаем по Самуи.

The villa is very nice and spacious as we had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms all to ourselves. Having a private pool was the highlight of our stay! It is a little bit of a drive from the main township of Chaweng so we'd suggest that you hire a scooter or car to use during your time here if you don't want to spend too much on taxis. LoÏcq was a great host, very responsive and there to help us out when needed. We would recommend staying here if you are looking for a little getaway and your own space to relax and unwind.
