The space
The apartment is in an exclusive development of eight luxury holiday homes set in a private and secluded area. I am lucky to have 3 properties within this development.
It has two bedrooms on the second floor both of which have an en-suite bathroom and shower facilities. We also have a cot in one of the bedrooms.
The third bed is a fold-away single bed and can be moved anywhere in the condo.
There is also a third bathroom on the ground floor.
It is fully furnished using local contemporary furniture and art work.

Our spacious two story condominium is a few minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and bars in Fisherman's Village. Private Parking, 15m Pool. Onsite car and scooter rental. FREE:Electricity and water. Pickup at airport/ferry and cell phone use. Property manager on call 24 hours. Beach towels and snorkelling gear provided. Two bicycles.
There is currently some construction work being done behind our complex. This is not usually an issue but there can be periods of construction noise.

Interaction with guests
As much as I would like to meet all my guests, I am not always on the island due to work obligations. However, you will be met personally by my property manager Loicq, who will meet you on arrival and transport you back to our unit. He will then answer any questions you may have after he has checked you in and shown you everything you need to know about the apartment. You can also contact him during your stay if you need help with anything. You will have the free use of our cell phone on the island and it has Loicq's number programmed into it.
Other things to note
If you do take a taxi tell them to drive you up to 'Sunday's Sanctuary Resort & Spa'. They will know where that is. The property is a two minute walk from there, or you can tell them which final turn to make.

Please NO SMOKING or pets in the unit. You can smoke outside on the front or back porch. There is management available on call 24hrs if you need.

We stayed there (a couple+a child) for 4 days. It's a lovely 2 bedroom condo in a small gated property. There is a beautiful pool. Location, amenities, decor, hospitality is just wonderful. Special mention of Loïcq who was there to help us with anything we needed. I loved the living room area and the kitchen. Very well put together. Got a car from JJ car rental and James the owner was good. Would love to stay there again.

We loved our stay at the villa! Jussi and Pierre were great hosts, from organising transportation on arrival and check out, they were there to greet us, show us around and as we left. The bedrooms were big, beds comfy, with an en suite for both. Air conditioners work extremely well. The living space is generous, homely, with a nice kitchen and everything you need, from Wi-Fi, to Netflix, books and guides on things to do. The pool is an extra bonus in the hot weather. Very much recommend and I'd love to stay again myself. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay here, the pick up to & from airport was very helpful in finding the place + points for that Jussi & Pierre were very responsive, the place was clean and peaceful at night Internet was good and bed comfy, some suggestion would be to remove the pots in front or perform regular mosquito dunks for their larvae, also perhaps keep a few additional rolls of toilet paper around Walking distance to fisherman village and family mart + wet market just outside main road, you'll need vehicles to get to other parts of samui A great base for exploring Bophut

Everything is perfect, include price, location, house inside plants, outside circumstance, etc.. The whole apartment is good for family with 3-4 persons. My most favor are bicycles that provide by Jussi, which are cool and useful. It's a pity not meet Jussi, but his housekeeper Loicq is very kind and helpful, the restaurants are very good.The experience there are quite good.Jussi's house will be our first choice next time we come to Samui!

We stayed for two weeks at Jussi's apartment and it was exactly as described. Great location just ten minutes away from Fisherman's Village, pool was perfect and loved by my kids and the apartment was clean and came with everything we needed for an amazing holiday. Pierre met us for check in and was on hand to organise anything we needed including taxi's to and from the airport. All in all a brilliant AirBnB experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jussi's place. Location gives you some privacy, but it's still just a short walk away from the Fisherman's village with all the restaurants and small shops. Taking a shortcut through the Luang Phor Thuad statue makes walking to the village quite short (about 10 minutes) and safe. The main road is very busy and without prober side walks it's bit scary to walk with children. However there were some dogs walking around and our daughter was bit scared of them once or twice. Also the road next to US Hostel got flooded couple of times and we had to walk bit longer route in order to keep our feet dry. Renting a car was a good idea as we got around the island easily and spend days on the beautiful beaches around the Samui. The house was well furnished and had all the kitchen utensils to eat in as well. Everything worked and we did not have any problems. We really liked the pool as it is big enough to swim and for children to play. Great place to have a splendid holiday!

There is really not a lot I can add to all the other reviews. Jussi's place was just perfect and quiet, we had everything we needed. All amenities, towels, AC, super fast WLAN, close to Fisherman's Village for retaurants, shopping and entertainment (short cut through the black monk area), great food near by at the local market (highly recommended), Supermarket 5 minutes away....Pierre and Loic helped us get a car and taxi for the way to the airport and had good advice. The only very minor thing which of course is subject to personal taste: BopHut is a nice beach, but MaeNam is nicer and so is Choeng Mon. We did not make it to Chaweng or Lamai, but we went to Silver Beach, which is shallow but beautiful and not so crowded. Do not come to Koh Samui if you expect great snorkeling. But do not miss the waterfall close to Nathong. This place should be booked all the time. If we ever return, we hope to stay here again. Thank you, Jussi!

The kids had a great time playing in the pool. The place is nicely furnished and clean. Plenty of room for our family of 4, could easily fit more. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Great apartment that was as described and as the photos showed. Within walking distance to the Fishermans Village and the walk was fine. We cut across the monks temple which was much quieter than going the road way. The complimentary pick up from the pier was really useful and removed the need to find a taxi and try and find the location. The use of the mountain bikes was also a bonus and got us quickly to the Big C supermarket for essentials. Our children loved the pool and it seemed very clean. Pierre was available to help when we needed it and was easy to contact on (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN), he arranged for our taxi to the airport when we checked out. Thank you Jussi and Pierre.

This Appartement #70 is the perfect home far away from home!!!! Its clean,its modern,has a big clean pool just infront of the door and 2 big bedrooms with private bathroom attached. The internet WIFI is soooo super quick for Thaialnd and what about Netflix,it was great to see some movies just before sleeping.Although i did this just 2 timeshahahahah. Loicq is the perfect host and we had the luck to meet Jussie the owner.But Loicq is the Dutymanager and we were so happy with him. You will get your'e own private mobile with all the important numbers inside and anytime you need Loicq he will always answer and comes to help you out with whatever questions you have. We also had the luck that we could use the 2 mountainbikes wich we used to go to Eden beach,but be carefull just drive through fischermann village and then put the bike on a lock at the Hansar Hotel and walk throughout the beach to Eden. The mainroad is dangerous to drive so be aware ! If we come back next year we definately go back to this appartment and see all our friends back!! Thank you so much Jussie and Loicq !!! Jussi (just as Loicq - his "ground handling manager") are very kind, helpful and especially reliable persons! We had a fabulous stay and enjoyed every single minute. We definitely recommend this place to anybody and will come back for sure. Not only the house but also the environment, the pool, the location are perfect. It has relative easy access to either beach or shopping opportunities and offers a variety of things to do in your leisure time. The place itself is very quiet eventhough there might be families with children around you. Just experience it by yourself, you will love it!

We had the pleasure of staying in this house for 4 days and thankfully it's a very comfortable home with good amenities as we were stuck indoors for 2 straight days during the recent floods. The location is very close to fisherman's village and also walking distance to the local market where you can get fresh food. The property managers, Loik and Stephen, were therr to welcome us at check in and were always available by phone to answer questions. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit!

Very well furnished apartment , the front bedroom with balcony overlooking pool is very attractive, however the back bedroom is overlooked by the builders very close to the back, we had to keep blinds down as we were clearly visible by them.it is a 10-15 minute walk to Fishermans village and beach , through the temple grounds is best as roads are busy and could be dangerous. We did not see any tuctucs to hire but a taxi to Fishermans village was 200 baht each way. Also to Big C centre for shopping was 200 baht each way. Car hire is approximately 1000 per day with extra 350 baht for damage waiver per day. Driving conditions are hazardous with scooters and heavy traffic .scooter rental is cheap but dangerous.

Jussi was out of town, but his friend Steven was available to let us in and really made us feel welcome. He was super nice and very helpful. It was very clean and nice to stay at. The internet was really fast and consistent. It's only a 5-10 minute walk to fisherman's village, and there are a ton of shops, cafes, restaurants, massage and adventure shops there. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay at Jussi's condo. The pool and the space in the condo was spectacular. The location was convenient to everything - 2 minute walk to a convenience store, and a five minute walk to the beach and restaurants. The place offers a lot of privacy, yet close to all the action. Jussi also provided us with a cell phone, which was great to have a local #. Also Loicq was very helpful with any requests had and provided us with suggestions whenever we needed them. Best place by far. Booked it for my parents that came to visit and they absolutely loved it. They were very pleased with having the fridge stocked with cold water, little chocolates, and toiletries that were provided. Thank you for the lovely place and friendly hospitality.
