Guest access
This piece of heaven has 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, A Large Terrace, an Outdoor Bar and Kitchen and Private Swimming Pool with Stunning Sea View.
Interaction with guests
Guests are personally greeted by myself Koh Samui Holiday Rentals' Representative and Property Manager, upon arrival whom I also show around the complex, the specific rented out unit, and answer any inquiries.
Other things to note
Kindly note that Electricity is charged within the complex by usage. Villa posted price is not inclusive of Electricity, instead meter reading is taken upon arrival and departure of guests.
Cancellation Policy: 50% refund up until 30 days prior to arrival, except fees. If the guest cancels less than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.

非常好的房子,真的想就一直住下去了。在山腰上风景特别好,很大的泳池,以后来的话还是会住这里。

The villa is located up on the hill, great location for someone who's looking for total isolation, but it only took me 3 min to ride down the hill and get to Chaweng Noi beach. I rented a scooter cuz walking up and down the hill was not the best option. Since I love cooking my own meals, the fully equipped kitchen was very useful and I was using it almost every day. The best thing about the villa is it's pool, which was surprisingly clean and the sea view from it was absolutely amazing. Pierre was my host, he was very nice and super responsive. Pierre helped me with every single request of mine, which made my vocation in Koh Samui absolutely flawless, especially when I had to move to another side of Samui, he helped me to arrange another villa. Bottom line I will definitely go back there next time I'm in Koh Samui

Sophie was very helpful arranging transport from the airport to the villa and a scooter delivered for the duration of the stay. She was always prompt with her replies. Pierre on checkin made us feel at home. The villa is close to my favourite beach on samui, silver beach which is just 5mins away on scooter. It is about halfway between lamai and chaweng..both easy to get to on scooter. The villa was clean and comfortable, we loved the pool and view, it was amazing. As mentioned in previous reviews there is construction next door but we had no noise during our stay. I'd recommend this place to a group of friends or 2 couples. I will definitely be back!

This place is extremely beautiful, the steep hill it sits on gives the most amazing views and whilst sunset is on the other side of the hill, sunrise is breathtaking. You would definitely need to hire a car as the hill is pretty steep (unless you are a scooter pro) and they can take the hassle out of haggling by organising one for you. The house is huge and clean and has some amazing wildlife to look at from the birds, to all kinds of insects and as long as you are clean, most stay out the house! Pierre was great and was super responsive at answering our requests. Overall a breathtaking house and pool with amazing views, that, whilst pricey, is worth every penny.

This place was just like the pics. Very relaxed and very comfortable. One or two things needed to be attended to and when I informed Loicq, it was addressed efficiently. Sophie also arranged a hire car from her friend James at JJ car hire. Everything went off smoothly and without any problems. We will be back next year to enjoy paradise again. Great place with an incredible view! We loved it. Very good communication. But make sure to get a scooter as the hill is indeed crazy ;-)

Sophie and Loicq were extremely helpful and very quick to respond, especially when we couldn't find the taxi driver at the airport when we arrived. We felt really taken care of; they had some snacks when we arrived, arranged the scooters within 30 minutes after we requested them, and had a list of recommended restaurants and activities to help with planning our stay. The villa has amazing views and in a great location for getting around the island (as long as you have a scooter/car to get up and down the hill). We'd highly recommend this villa to any future friends who may be visiting Koh Samui.
