Interaction with guests
Guests are personally greeted by myself Koh Samui Holiday Rentals' Representative and Property Manager, upon arrival whom I also show around the complex, the specific rented out unit, and answer any inquiries.

2 Cleanings/Week
1 Change of Bed Linens and Towels/Week.
Kindly note that Electricity and Water are charged within the complex by usage. Cabin posted price is not inclusive of Electricity and Water, instead meter reading is taken upon arrival and departure of guests.
Cancellation Policy: 50% refund up until 1 week prior to arrival, except fees. If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.

Cancellations
Strict
Cancel up to 7 days before check in and get a 50% refund (minus service fees). Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable. Service fees are refunded when cancellation happens before check in and within 48 hours of booking.

My family and i had a fantastic time and the villa was comfortable enough for us. Despite the electricity issue and the odur everything else was fantastic. The hosts were very responsive and tried their level best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The private pool was fantastic, the area was very calm and quiet and just a few minutes walk to the beach. I will definitely consider staying in this villa again on my next trip.

Our family of 6 stays there in Aug for 5 nights . Just want to give a fair analysis for potential travelers so to keep this platform helpful. Pros: 1.nice new house - true to pictures 2.Quiet scenic view from the house , very bright and comfortable 3. Good wifi 4. Good distance from the busy area , but better rent a car 5 host arrange car rental efficiently 6. Good Tv channels 7. Sufficient kitchen utensils and equipment for cooking ( although they are quite dirty , you will need to wash them well before use) Cons: 1. Seriously , the constant smell from plumbing was so bad ,that it is almost close to hard to breath and it is affecting the nicest main bedroom. 2. The cleaning problem the electric water kettle had a thick layer of scale built up and also a dead bug floating at the bottom.( I don't think anyone has been using it or cleaning it for a while) I reported it the first time , and the owner said it is perfectly good to use ! Then I sent him not pictures , he came over and rush into the kitchen , and washed it himself, which solves the issue , but the attitude was not apologetic at all , but more like we are annoying. Other minor cleaning problem like the kitchen utensils and basin 'a stain . And not to mention the bathroom rinse cup also has a thick layer of scale from previous use which has not been attended to. ( which is quite shocking to me considering the owner and property managers are actually from Europe , and should have a better standard for hygiene. Conclusion , overall , we like the house , should be one of higher standard in Samui, but those problems are also very discouraging and we just want people to have a better understanding and expectations . Hopefully they will be fixed soon.

Really a roomy, quiet place. And safe. Neighbors at a non-interfering distance. A well-built house, everything functional. The terrace-pool is a blessing for young children. There are some mosquitoes but it is perfectly manageable if one closes the house for a couple of hours at dusk. The place is beyond reasonable walking-distance from a shopping-area. It is necessary to rent a vehicle.

Great villa, great host. Offered pickup from harbour, welcomed us at the villa, arranged some scooters and was always there, if we needed some help or had any questions. The villa looks as astonishing as on the images. We enjoyed every day here. Somebody mentioned the bad smell, when using water. This still needs to be fixed, just doesnt fit into this lovely place. Otherwise this would deserve nothing less than 5 stars.

Das Haus ist wirklich schön. Sehr großzügig und hell und blitzsauber. Besser noch als auf den Fotos. Vielleicht nicht ideal für kleine Kinder, das würde ich dazu sagen. Leider sind die Abflüsse auf dem Gelände nicht gut, so dass das Haus wirklich nicht gut riecht. Der Gastgeber war super, völlig unkompliziert, schnell und sehr nett. Die Lage ist sehr gut, der Norden der Insel ist ruhig und sehr angenehm. Ein kleiner Shop ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und kleine Supermärkte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Strand ist tatsächlich sehr einfach zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles in allem wirklich gut, auch wenn es gerade für thailändische Verhältnisse recht teuer ist. Tolles Haus, sehr netter und kompetenter Gastgeber. Nur sollte man die Gerüche noch in den Griff kriegen- sonst war alles gut!

The villa is beautiful. The pictures dont do it justice. Modern, slick, well designed, well maintained. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, a hillside near the sea. Anybody looking for a relaxed holiday away from the madding crowd would love Anna Villa. It is a 10-minute walk or a 1-minute drive to one of the quietest of Koh Samui's many beautiful beaches. We had a fabulous holiday, we were very happy at the villa. The rented car was essential. Loicq is a wonderful host, always responsive and helpful.

We have spent the last 26 days in Koh Samui and loved our stay. The villa is beautiful and very comfortable (much nicer then the pictures actually). Everything is new, in impeccable conditions, with all amenities from towels, beach towels, coffee, etc. Our stay felt like a 5 stars hotels with housekeeping twice a week which is rarely the case in mist AirBnB. The pool was great with daily maintenance and location in a peaceful area of the island about 10 to 15min from the more touristic area of Chaweng and BoPhut. The beach is accessible in walking distance but would strongly advise renting a car to explore the island and the many sights and beaches. We originally were planning to stay for 10days but was such a relaxing place to come back to at the end of the day, luckily we were able to extend our stay for all our time on the island. We are a family of 4 (children aged 9 and 10) and it was perfect accommodation, location with plenty of space for a family of 6 or 3 couples with in-suite bathroom in each room. The host (Loicq) have contributed to making this trip hassle free by : -arranging our transfers - car rental delivered to the house without any problem at a great rate of (800bath/day) - providing a list of must do activities, great restaurants accommodations. - also been very responsive at any questions at any point during our stay. We are extremely pleased with our stay and returning home absolutely relax.
