Boasting a spectacular view across Koh Samui, this villa is ideal for those wanting to get away from the stresses of everyday life not too far from the Chaweng town center.
Every detail has been considered to ensure guests have a pampered stay. Upon entry is the living room with a 42 inch plasma screen T.V. and generous seating area which leads out to a beautiful terrace complete with chairs and private infinity pool.
The space is an open concept with a beautiful dinning table set and a stunning fully fitted kitchen complete with kitchen and dinning ware.
The master bedroom is decorated with chic Asian crafts and holds en-suite bathroom, King sized bed, 32 inch LCD T.V. overlooking a private pool, out-door shower, and an immaculate sky view of Koh Samui.
On the bottom floor are two bedrooms: a second master bedroom and an additional guest bedroom both fully air conditioned and hold their own private en-suite bathrooms with rain showers and complete stainless steel fixtures.
In the Residence,
Guests have access to a Bar open all day where a friendly Staff serve Cold Drinks, Draught Bier, Shakes, Smoothies and Hot Drinks.
The Shared Pool Area is a real Oasis Space with fresh grass, lounges, sun beds, ...

This piece of heaven has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a private pool.
Interaction with guests
Guests are personally greeted by myself Koh Samui Holiday Rentals' Representative and Property Manager, upon arrival whom I also show around the complex, the specific rented out unit, and answer any inquiries.
Other things to note
Kindly note that Electricity is charged within the complex by usage. Villa posted price is not inclusive of Electricity, instead meter reading is taken upon arrival and departure of guests.
Cancellation Policy: 50% refund up until 30 days prior to arrival, except fees. If the guest cancels less than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.

Fabulous villa with lovely facilities and amazing views. The villa was located away from the main resort of Chaweng Beach but it was within walking distance and taxis were easy to use and reasonably priced. The host, Loicq was very helpful and arranged for our transportation from the airport and also kept in touch throughout our stay. My family and I loved our stay and would definitely recommend the villa to others. We would love to return in the future.

We enjoyed our stay and found everything pretty much as described. There was a problem with a broken lock which was fixed after a while. Unfortunately there were construction works in the neighborhood that were noisy from time to time. The property manager helped us with renting scooters and organised a taxi to the airport for us. I'd consider staying there again.

Pierre a été un super hote, toujours réactif et aussi aux petits soins pour nous. Néanmoins, concernant la villa en elle même, il y a qq points à revoir (pas de safety box, literie raide, manque de couverts pour 6 et pas de parasol). Malgré tout, cette villa reste très sympathique, emplacement central et un super rapport qualité/prix.

Superbe villa, spacieuse, propre et très agréable à vivre. Nous sommes venues à 4 personnes la villa était donc largement assez grande pour nous. La vue de la superbe piscine sur la baie de Chaweng au réveil est un réel bonheur. La villa étant localisée dans les hauteurs, il est fortement conseillé de louer une voiture ou un scooter, mais Loicq peut très facilement aider dans les démarches. Loicq est vraiment un hôte remarquable et chaleureux, il a été très disponible dès notre arrivée où il nous a attendu à l'aéroport. Ses précieux conseils concernant les activités et les restaurants nous ont permis de passer un excellent moment à Koh Samui. Cette villa va nous manquer, nous avons hâte d'y revenir. Merci à Loicq sans qui nous n'aurions jamais découvert les plus beaux lieux de Samui. Nous vous recommandons donc fortement cette villa.

Our flight delayed more than an hour and Loicq was very patient waiting at the (URL HIDDEN) arranged a car for my family so we can drive all the way to the villa. It takes about 25 minutes to arrive the uphill villa. It was late and dark in the mountain, you will certainly need a car or a motorcycle. Lociq and Sofia are great hosts, they showed us around the house which is fully equipped with cookware and even basic ingredients. The house is IKEA style decoration, 3 bedrooms with simple and clean furnitures, each bedrooms has cabinet and bathroom, thats perfect to accommodate 3 families. With a clear pool you can have a lot of fun with your kids, and there is great sun rise with sea view every morning right in front of the fisrt bedroom, or if you step onto the roof, it will more refreshing air and view. And if you are a dramaholic, you can find bunch of dvd in the living room. Wifi is also good but at the bedroom under the first bedroom, its too weak to get signal. Remember to use (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) map to positioning yourself before go out so you can find the way back. Otherwise its not easy to find the right way in the mountain, first night Lociq lead our way, 2nd night we are on our own and it was dark everywhere so we lost, we called Lociq for help and finally a local people helped us. It would be better if there is a free copy of map or even a manual instruction sheet to show the way of how to get the villa, that would be great help for green hand. All in all, the villa is terrific, we would recommend to our friends who are planning to go Koh Samui. We hope we could come back again soon to meet with Lociq.

Уютный дом, светлый, чистый и просторный. Есть минус, в спальне пахнет сыростью и не удобно парковаться. Но это не омрачило нашего прибывания в доме! Рекомендую для отдыха с друзьями или семьёй!

Merci à Steeven pour l'accueil sur le complexe et les infos touristiques , la maison était conforme à toutes nos attentes et est très agréable à vivre ! La vue est superbe sur la baie de chaweng! Aucune inquiétude à avoir , tout est parfaitement conforme à l'annonce sur airbnb Loïc avait tout organisé pout notre arrivée depuis l'aéroport ce qui est très agréable après beaucoup d'heure de vol. Le plus : beaucoup de personnes parlent français sur le complexe ce qui facilitent aussi les choses Nous recommandons fortement le complexe chaweng moderne villas

So clean and spacious. Hosts were so kind and communicative. The villa is located up the mountain, so you should ride taxi to get there. It is private, but far from the downtown and the beach. It's trade-off. And please note that this is a villa, not a hotel, so some services can be limited. They provide free towels (one in 5 days) and laundry services, but the service was not provided during the Christmas holidays. Please bring your own towels. Everything else was so great. + Aussicht + Pool größtenteils nicht einsehbar + Geräumig - Waschmaschine und Trockner: ist der Laundry-service in der Anlage - ohne Scooter keine Chance - Parkplatz vor dem Haus wird nicht empfohlen da viel zu Steil und anscheinend sich schonmal ein Wagen verselbstständigt hat - Sehr abgelegen und auf dem weg dahin sollte man keine Angst vor Hunden auf der Straße haben - Geruch in der unteren Etage konnte selbst durch das rauswerfen der vermoderten und insektenbehafteten Holz-Dusch-Brettern nicht verbessert werden -> hier am besten darauf warten bis im nicht belüfteten Technikraum die Entlüftung eingebaut ist und die unteren duschen gefliest sind - Installation Handlauf zur unteren Etage steht aus - Duschen waren und sind teilweise immer noch defekt - Pool ist laut weil auf der wasserabfließenden Seite fliesen weggefallen sind und dadurch Wasser abspritzt -> soll bald gerichtet werden. o Schiebetüren waren defekt - wurden repariert o Duschen wurden teilweise repariert o Fliegengitter wurden Angebracht

We were 6 friends and the villa was perfect: very functional/practical, well decorated and lots of room! Having a pool was also an exquisite feature. Communication with Loicq was great, and he arranged for us a scooter rental + a taxi to go to the airport upon checkout.

We booked the beautiful, as pictured villa for 6 people. The view is stunning and the villa is located in a more quiet part of town. I'd say it's great for families and for those that would like to relax further away from the hustle and bustle. If you want to head to Chaweng or out frequently it's recommended you rent a car since not a lot is close by. It's more so a 10-15 min car ride, and quite expensive (about 400baht) taxi fare EACH way. The pool was the BEST part. Thanks for hosting Loicq!

Superb villa with a great view. Would recommend getting up early to see the dawn and then spending an hour before sleeping on the roof to glaze at the stars.
Away from the noise, but convenient to get to all the main places you want to go, I could not recommend this place enough! Loicq is a great host, answering any questions we had, including ones early in the morning. He made sure we felt welcome when we arrived and was very gracious to organise all the transport that we needed. The villa itself is very spacious and comfortable. Loved making dinner in the kitchen on our last night! Infinity pool was great with a brilliant view, but we spent most of our time on different beaches. The complex has many dogs that live there and if you leave the villa gate open, it is possible they will follow you in. We love dogs so we had a great time entertaining our little guests. However, they are not aggressive at all so those of you that get nervous around canines need not worry.

Loicq was an extremely helpful host. We had to book our trip to his villa less than 24 hours before arrival due to flight cancellations to our original destination. Loicq made sure we had a great stay, even under such short notice, including having some groceries ready for us when we arrived, and fresh flowers.
The villa was beautiful and well appointed. The weather wasn't fantastic when we were in Thailand, so having a great place to stay was even more important. I can highly recommend staying with Loicq in Chaweng Modern Villas.

Exceptional Villa, Loicq is a superb host. We had an amazing time. Villa is a 10-15 min taxi / bike ride from Chewang (hence a bit far from action), but the surroundings are superb. Villa is as per the description provided (no doubts about that). Wifi is good, Loicq provided us all basic necessity items, and stocked us with some chilled beer on arrival, basic cooking stuff and all. Excellent service on this one. We booked 2 villas (other one reviewed separately), for 5 nights. We would definitely recommend the villa to anyone travelling to Samui, and Loicq for sure will make your trip excellent.

nice villa located on the hill with great green and sea views. But a bit far from the beach, we are talking about 10 minutes drive and walking to the beach is basically impossible in such hot days and it is not recommended to walk as there are a lot of stray dogs on the way to the villa. So please make sure you get a scooter or car, or use the taxi service Loicq provides which is very convenient. Loicq is very nice and helpful. It would be better if the villa can serve breakfast either free or charged. Anyway, we've enjoyed our stay in the villa, particularly the pool.

We had a great time in loicqs villa! The villa is very very clean and beautiful! You will have an amazing view over chaweng beach! The villa is located up the hill so u probably need scooter but loicq organized everything for us! If u want to go out (and drink) u need a taxi. In this case ask loicq for a taxi number they will pick u up and drive u down to chaweng beach - it is very easy and not far! So we were a group of 3 guys and the villa fits perfectly for us - even it was too big for 3 people. So everybody had his own bedroom. The villa will be perfect for couples and also for a travel group who want to exploir the island and maybe the nightlife! I really reccoment this house! Loicq was a great host and the whole organization went very well with him!

I had a great time staying in this villa. The place is better than expected, the kitchen is fully equipped the furniture is modern and very comfortable. The place is quite spacious and the rooftop is wonderful, even though it is a little bit far from the city center but the view over the mountain is stunning. Loicq was very helpful and kind host, I would definitely come back here for my next holiday in samui.

great villa, excellent view! we had a very happy 7 days holiday in this pool villa. the villa is too big for us honestly, it can accomodate 6 person at the same time! everything's wonderful to us. bit if u want to atay close to the crowed commercial area, this villa might be a little be distant as it is located on the hill so we have to rent scooters cause hard to get taxi
