Every detail has been considered to ensure guests have a pampered stay. Upon entry is the living room with a generous seating area which leads out to a beautiful terrace complete with outdoor dinning and lounges and private infinity pool. 

The space is an open concept with a beautiful dinning table set and a stunning fully fitted kitchen complete with kitchen and dinning ware. Also an extra toilet for potential guest's use.

This piece of heaven has 4 Bedrooms, 5 Bathrooms, a Private Pool, sun beds, lounges, outdoor dinning.
Incl. Welcome Package - Essentials (Drinks, Snacks, Soap, Shower Gel, Shampoo, Toilet Paper, Garbage Bags, Dish Soap, ...)

Interaction with guests

Guests are personally greeted by myself Koh Samui Holiday Rentals' Representative and Property Manager, upon arrival whom I also show around the complex, the specific rented out unit, and answer any inquiries.

Other things to note

Kindly note that Electricity is charged within the complex by usage(8 thb per unit). Villa posted price is not inclusive of Electricity, instead meter reading is taken upon arrival and departure of guests.

Cancellation Policy: 50% refund up until 30 days prior to arrival, except fees. If the guest cancels less than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
