Island View Villa is a 100% PRIVATE, 4 bedrooms luxury villa for honeymoon,couples and families and is located in Chaweng Noi Hill area.

Villa Moderne is very private. It's the perfect place for couples and families to relax and enjoy your holiday. .

We can arrange airport transfers for you so when you arrive, our private car will be waiting for you at the airport and bring you directly to the villa. Upon arrival you will be greeted by our property managers (Pierre & Loicq).

Island View Villa has 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Large and FULLY private sundeck and sun loungers. Lounge/living room, dining room and kitchen area an un-obstructed sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Beaches, shopping centers and great restaurants are only minutes away. Fisherman's Village, Chaweng Beach, Tesco's, Big C, Lamai Beach are all within a 15 minute drive from the villa. It is the perfect location.

A refundable security deposit of THB 20,000 (or the equivalent in another currency) will be required upon arrival.

Electricity usage is metered at 8 Baht per unit and readings will be taken upon check-in and departure.

If you decide you may need to The scooter or car renting can be arranged upon arrival by our property managers.

Interaction with guests. The property manager will stay in contact with you and follow you all long your stay in the villa.
