Guests are personally greeted by myself Koh Samui Holiday Rentals' Representative and Property Manager, upon arrival whom I also show around the complex, the specific rented out unit, and answer any inquiries.

Kindly note that Electricity is charged 7Bahts/kWh within the complex by usage. Cabin posted price is not inclusive of Electricity, instead meter reading is taken upon arrival and departure of guests.

Cancellation Policy: 50% refund up until 1 week prior to arrival, except fees. If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
